QUEZON CITY, Philippines — Pageant enthusiasts, shoe collectors, and loyal fans gathered for a six-day celebration at the Bragais Flagship Store along 42 Scout Borromeo Street as acclaimed Filipino designer Jojo Bragais marked his 12th Anniversary in style.

The anniversary sale transformed into a festive gathering of beauty and fashion as pageant royalty and personalities graced the event, delighting fans during packed daily meet-and-greet sessions. The celebration was a rare opportunity for pageant supporters to reconnect with some of the country’s most celebrated beauty kings and queens.

Among the featured guests were CJ Opiaza (Miss Grand International 2024), Ahtisa Manalo (Miss Universe Philippines 2025), Dia Mate (Reina Hispanoamericana 2025), Winwyn Marquez (Reina Hispanoamericana 2017 and Miss Universe Philippines 2025 1st runner-up), Krishnah Gravidez (Miss World Asia 2025), Tarah Valencia (Miss Supranational 2025 3rd runner-up), Chelsea Fernandez (The Miss Philippines - Cosmo 2025), Katrina Llegado (Miss Supranational Philippines 2025), Dr. Gabbi Carballo (Miss Eco International 2025), and Anne Patricia Lorenzo (Miss International Queen Philippines 2025).

Male pageant winners also joined the festivities, including Jordan San Juan (Manhunt International 2025 3rd runner-up), Kenneth Cabungcal (Mister Supranational 2025 4th runner-up), Jether Palomo (Mister Pilipinas Global 2025), Kitt Cortez (Mister Pilipinas Eco-International 2025), Kirk Bondad (Mister Pilipinas International 2025), and Kanneth Marcelino (Mister Pilipinas Eco-International 2025).

Adding international flair were special guests Sergio Azuaga of Venezuela (Man of the World 2024) and Juul Messiaen of Spain (Man of the World 2025), both warmly welcomed by Filipino fans.

Jojo Bragais, a former nurse turned footwear visionary, is celebrated for his signature pageant heels that blend style, power, and comfort. What began as a humble hobby—crafting custom shoes with just two assistants—has since evolved into a globally recognized brand.

Bragais found his calling in late 2013 after a heartfelt message from a grateful mother, whose daughter wore one of his made-to-order pairs. That moment sparked a deeper purpose, eventually leading him to sponsor a friend in a beauty pageant. His unique designs caught the attention of a national pageant organization—and soon, the global stage.

Now considered a trailblazer in the industry, Jojo Bragais holds the distinction of being the first Filipino shoe designer to sponsor the prestigious Miss Universe pageant, having served as the official footwear provider for its 69th edition.

Twelve years on, Bragais continues to leave his mark—one dazzling pair of heels at a time.
