Family Pleads for Help as Missing Fil-Am Mother Antoinette Forbes Reaches 14 Days

The family of missing Filipino-American mother Antoinette Forbes is renewing its plea for help as her disappearance enters its 13th day, urging the public to continue sharing her photograph and any information that could help bring her home.

In a statement released Thursday, September 17, the Forbes family sought to remind the public that Antoinette is more than the face appearing on missing-person flyers and news reports.

“Antoinette is a devoted mother, a beloved daughter and sister, a loyal friend and a respected colleague,” the family said. “She is the kind of person who shows up for the people she loves not just when it is convenient, but when they need her.”

The family said Forbes’ absence has been deeply felt by those closest to her, describing her as someone friends and colleagues could always depend on.

As the search continues, the family thanked those who have shared photographs and personal stories about Forbes and encouraged the public to keep circulating her image.

“Most importantly, please keep sharing Antoinette’s face. Every new person who sees her photograph is another person who might recognize her, remember something or have information that could help bring her home,” the statement said.

The family’s appeal comes nearly two weeks after Forbes disappeared, as relatives and authorities continue seeking information about what happened to her.

“Thirteen days is too long. Please keep looking. Please keep sharing. Please help us bring Antoinette home,” the family said.
