President Marcos Administers Oath of Office to New DFA Secretary Ma. Theresa Lazaro

Manila, Philippines — President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. administered the oath of office to Hon. Ma. Theresa P. Lazaro as the new Secretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) in a ceremony held at Malacañang Palace.
