In a landmark gathering held at the San Vicente Convention Center, The Fraternal Order of Eagles – Philippine Eagles, Inc. officially launched the Bicol Camarines Norte Bantayog Region, marking a significant expansion of the country’s first Philippine-born socio-civic fraternal organization in the Bicol Region.

Led by National President Eagle Jason M. Masa, who served as guest of honor and oath administrator, the installation ceremony drew Eagles members, civic leaders, and guests from across the province. The event also featured the induction of new members and the formal appointment of regional officers, all united under the organization's guiding principle: “Service Through Strong Brotherhood.”

In his address, Eagle Masa underscored the importance of unity, compassion, and civic commitment. “Through brotherhood, we build a stronger community. Our service begins with the heart,” he said.

Newly elected San Vicente Mayor Bong Palma attended as a guest of honor and new member. He expressed his full support for the organization’s advocacies, calling for deeper collaboration between socio-civic groups and local governments to better serve the public.

Eagle Elmer Cezar A. Zaleta was officially sworn in as the Regional Governor of the Bicol Camarines Norte Bantayog Region. In his inaugural message, he pledged to raise the standard of service delivery and strengthen the impact of the Eagles' programs in the region.

The new regional officers include Vice Governor Eagle Leonardo Edward G. Echano, Secretary Eagle Reggie O. Ibis, Treasurer Eagle Jerry Wine R. Mora, and other key leaders who will oversee governance, communications, public service, peace and order, and membership development across the province.

Multiple charter clubs were also recognized, with club presidents including Eagle Allan Joy Z. Lee of Bantayog Eagles Club, Eagle Jessica R. Adonis of Bantayog Lady Eagles Club, and others taking oath and committing to grassroots service.

The regional launch reaffirmed the organization’s commitment to nation-building through active civic engagement. Programs focusing on education, the environment, peace, and community welfare will be prioritized under the leadership of the new regional team.

The ceremony concluded with a strong message from the leadership: “We will intensify our service to the people, guided by the values of brotherhood, unity, and the true Filipino spirit of bayanihan.”

The event sets the tone for the growing influence of the Philippine Eagles in Camarines Norte and signals the beginning of a more dynamic partnership between civic organizations and public servants in the region.
