Horrific Accident Leaves Bus Conductor’s Body Split Apart on Road

GENERAL TRIAS, CAVITE — A bus conductor tragically lost his life after being hit by a car and then dragged by a dump truck in General Trias, Cavite, Philippines, on the evening of Saturday, August 9.


According to local reports, the victim had just gotten off a bus and was attempting to cross the street to get behind the wheel of the vehicle. Suddenly, a speeding car struck him, throwing him onto the road. Moments later, an oncoming dump truck ran over and dragged him further.


The accident was horrific. Emergency responders found the victim with severe injuries, including a traumatic separation between his torso and lower body, a detail that shocked witnesses and the community.


Police arrested the driver of the car at the scene and have charged him with reckless driving and vehicular homicide. However, the dump truck driver fled immediately after the crash and is still being sought by authorities.
