Kate Gatpandan Slays the Runway in “Stellar in Silver” Fashion Show by Miss Philippines Earth

QUEZON CITY — It was a night of shimmer, statement gowns, and show-stopping struts as Stellar in Silver, a fashion spectacle by Miss Philippines Earth in collaboration with the Designers Circle Philippines, lit up the VS Hotel Convention Center on July 31, 2025.

Seventeen top Filipino designers served looks that were nothing short of jaw-dropping. From the edgy silhouettes of Johnny Abad and Jasper Adorador to the dreamy creations of Edwin Uy and Patrick De Guzman, the catwalk became a celebration of Filipino craftsmanship and sustainable style. Other standout designers included Joy Aaliwin, Maila Alog, Alistair Balane, Rafael Gonzalez, Rusty & Geoffrey Atelier, Rye Mendoza, and more—each presenting silver-themed pieces that sparkled under the spotlight.

But it was Kate Gatpandan, the statuesque beauty representing the Filipino community in Rome, Italy, who turned heads and ultimately took home the crown. Her confident walk, magnetic stage presence, and eco-chic ensemble wowed the judges and audience alike.

Trailing closely behind was Jhanine Custodio of San Miguel, Bulacan, who brought fierce Filipina energy to the stage, and Athena Inocencio Lodevico of Bayombong,

Nueva Vizcaya, whose elegance and charm earned her a well-deserved third place.
