Former Ako Bicol Party-list Representative Zaldy Co has released Part 3 of his video series alleging massive corruption involving former House Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez and President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., marking his strongest accusations to date.

Co said the latest video is “only the beginning” of what he intends to reveal regarding alleged kickbacks, threats, and high-level manipulation of infrastructure funds.

Claims of Intimidation and Threats

According to Co, efforts to silence him began as early as March 2025, when Romualdez allegedly warned during a meeting that he would “shoot” Co if he talked.

He also claimed that Romualdez later called him twice, telling him:

  • “Don’t come home, we will take care of you,” and later,

  • Coming home would be “dangerous,” adding that “they may hire someone to do a rub-out” or have him killed while in detention.

Co alleged that the administration is using “the full resources of the country” to discredit him and drown him in legal cases.

Alleged ₱56-Billion Kickback Trail

Co disputed earlier claims made before the Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI), saying the real amount involved in the alleged DPWH fund scheme was not ₱21 billion, but ₱56 billion.

He further claimed the funds were intended for and received by President Marcos Jr. and former Speaker Romualdez.

“None of that money went to me,” Co said.“The money only passed through me to be delivered to Speaker Martin Romualdez and President Marcos.”

More Revelations Expected

Co said the release of Part 3 marks only the beginning of a series of disclosures that will allegedly expose more details, including the role of DPWH personnel led by Henry Alcantara.

“This is only the first of the things I want to expose. There is much more that I will bring to light.”
