6th Most Wanted in Camarines Norte Arrested in Subic, Zambales

Operatives from the Mercedes Municipal Police Station arrested a man listed as Rank No. 6 in the Provincial Most Wanted Persons (PMWP) of Camarines Norte during an intelligence-driven manhunt operation, also known as Charlie Operation, conducted at around 12:30 p.m. on October 24, 2025, in Wawandue, Subic, Zambales.

The operation was led by the Tracker Team of the Mercedes MPS, in coordination with the Camarines Norte Provincial Intelligence Unit, the Camarines Norte CIDG Provincial Field Unit, and the 503rd Maneuver Company of RMFB5, under the supervision of PCPT Arthur S. Borja, Acting Chief of Police.

The suspect, identified as alias “Roy,” 35 years old, a fisherman, and a resident of Barangay 7, Mercedes, Camarines Norte, was arrested by virtue of three warrants of arrest for the following cases:

• Attempted Homicide, Criminal Case No. 24-6284, issued by the Municipal Trial Court on November 18, 2024, with a bail of ₱36,000.00;

• Attempted Rape in relation to R.A. 7610 (Child Protection Law), Criminal Case No. 33700, issued by RTC Branch 40 on February 17, 2025, with a bail of ₱200,000.00;

• Lascivious Conduct, Criminal Case No. 336990, also issued by the same court on the same date, with a bail of ₱180,000.00.

  
  

The accused was read his Miranda Rights at the time of his arrest. He is currently under the custody of the Mercedes Municipal Police Station for proper documentation and disposition.
